You have until 7 days after receiving your order to fill out and send us the RETURN FORM, which can be found HERE.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure you send your return with tracking code, and ask for a proof of postage at the post office.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Original shipping fee paid is strictly non-refundable. Items purchased with free delivery will be refunded at a discounted rate for the delivery costs incurred to send the item(s) to you.
We will make the reimbursement no later than 15 days after the day we receive your return. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
All customers outside of the European Union are issued STORE CREDIT.

If we need to pay customs clearance fees for the returning item, this value will be deducted from your refund.

The following items can’t be returned. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
