EUROPEAN UNION customers can return their orders.
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure you send your return with tracking code, and ask for a proof of postage at the post office.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Original shipping fee paid is strictly non-refundable.
We will make the reimbursement no later than 15 days after the day we receive your return. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We don’t accept returns from customers outside the EUROPEAN UNION.
The following items can’t be returned. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
