By selecting this shipping method, it means that you order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier.
Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your order can be collected. If you do not respond to the notice, your package will either be returned to us or disposed without further notice.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.

You have until 7 days after receiving your order to fill out and send us the RETURN FORM, which can be found HERE.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure you send your return with tracking code, and ask for a proof of postage at the post office.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Original shipping fee paid is strictly non-refundable.

We will make the reimbursement no later than 15 days after the day we receive your return. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

All customers outside of the European Union are issued STORE CREDIT.

The following items can’t be returned. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Items on sale
