HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Return Instructions
- Contact Us: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
- Return Window: Ensure that you ship the items back within 14 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping Responsibility: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return with a tracking code and obtaining a proof of postage at the post office. We’re not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen in transit.
- Original Condition: If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Original Shipping Fee: The original shipping fee paid is strictly non-refundable. Items purchased with free delivery will be refunded at a discounted rate to account for the delivery costs incurred to send the item(s) to you.
- Customs Clearance Fees: If we need to pay customs clearance fees for the returning item, this value will be deducted from your refund.
- Reimbursement Timeline: We will make the reimbursement no later than 15 days after the day we receive your return. The refund will be made using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
WHAT ISN'T ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective due to the nature of these items:
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
